1. Delete Table
1 - Rates of Pay, and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part J, Monetary
Rates, of the award published 10 May 1996 and the reviewed award published 20
October 2000 (319 I.G. 589), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
Table 1 - Rates of Pay
(i) On and from
25 June 2002:
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2002. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991, other than safety net, State Wage Case, and
minimum rates adjustments.
