Made Between: Owens Transport Pty Ltd t/a Mainfreight Wharf -&- Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces CA20/01

 

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved and commenced 7 July 2023.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all contract carriers engaged by Owens Transport Pty Ltd located at 2 Coal Pier Road, Banksmeadow NSW 2019, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination 2017.

 

Nominal Term:  12 Months.
