VARIATION
1. Insert a new subclause
4.8 in clause 4, Salary System of the award published 13 February 2004 (343
I.G. 228).
4.8 Superannuation Fund Contributions
Subject to the provision of the Industrial Relations
Act 1996, the Council will make superannuation contributions to the Local
Government Superannuation Scheme.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 9 June 2005 and shall remain in force
until 30 November 2005.
