CA23/01 - FedEx Express Australia - TWU New South Wales (Contract Carriers) Agreement 2022-2024

Made Between: FedEx Express Australia Pty Limited -&- Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces CA19/02

 

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved 13 June 2023 and commenced 20 June 2023.

 

Description of Employees: The agreement applies to nominated Contract Carriers in NSW engaged by FedEx Express Australia Pty Limited, located at 201 Coward Street, Mascot NSW 2020, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination 2017.

 

Nominal Term:  12 Months.
