1. Delete clause
5, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment, of the award published 3 November 2000 (319
I.G. 1092), and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Net Adjustment
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Cases May 2006.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent
overaward payments: and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net adjustments and minimum rate
adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Wages of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
