Union of Workers, New South Wales Branch an industrial organisation of employees,
for the dissolution and re-establishment of an industrial committee.

ORDER
The Commission orders that -
1. The
Industrial Committee, known as the Storemen & Packers, Wholesale Oil &
Petroleum Products (State) Industrial Committee published on 28 July 2000 (317
I.G. 494) be dissolved.
2. There be
established a new Storemen & Packers, Wholesale Oil & Petroleum
Products (State) Industrial Committee for the Industries and Callings of:-
Storemen and packers, including storemen and packers
who, for the purpose of and in the course of their work as storemen and
packers, use mechanical or electrical appliances, mobile cranes, forklifts,
tractors, tow motors, industrial trucks, yard trucks or utility vehicles,
employed in wholesale oil stores in receiving, stacking, storing packing,
handling petroleum products, packages, equipment or merchandise of any kind
whatsoever in or in connection with a petroleum and/or oil merchant’s business,
including the cleaning and painting and stencilling or labelling, whether by
hand or by spray gun of all petroleum products packages and the blending and
compounding of oils, spirits, greases and products of a like nature but
excluding refining processes, in the State, excluding the county of Yancowinna;
excepting employees of -
Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited at Newcastle
Australian Wire Industries Pty Ltd at its Newcastle
Wiremill
3. The said
Industrial Committee shall consist of three (3) representatives of employers
and three (3) representatives of employees.
4. The
representatives of employers shall be appointed, upon nomination as prescribed,
one by Mobil Oil Australia Limited; one by Shell Company of Australia Limited;
and one by Australian Business Industrial.
5 The
representatives of employees shall be appointed, upon nomination as prescribed,
by the National Union of Workers, New South Wales Branch.
6 These Orders
shall take effect from 21 November 2002 for a period of three (3) years.
