VARIATION
1. Delete subclause
(ii) of clause 23, Public Holidays of the award published 2 November 2001 (329
I.G. 131) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(ii) In addition
to the public holidays prescribed in subclause (i) of this clause, one
additional public holiday shall apply to an employee on weekly hire on a date
to be determined from year to year by agreement between an employer and the
employees, or individual employee, of the employer.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 23 March 2006.
