VARIATION
1. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates of the award published 5 April 2013, (375 IG 426), and insert in
lieu thereof the following:

MONETARY RATES
Table 1 - Industry/Skill Level A:
Where the accredited training course
and work performed are for the purpose of generating skills which have been
defined for work at industry/skill Level A.
Each date referred to in the table is a reference to
the first full pay period to commence on or after that date.

applicable. Where not specifically indicated the average portion of time spent
in structured training which has been taken into account in setting the rate is
20 per cent.
