VARIATION
1. Delete the
words "Department of Planning and Environment" and "DPE"
throughout the award published 23 December 2022 (393 I.G. 999) and reprinted 8
December 2023 (395 I.G. 1621) and in insert in lieu thereof the words
"Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water" and
"DCCEEW" respectively.
2. At the end of
the subclause 5.1 of clause 5, Area, Incidence and Duration, insert the
following sentence:
This Award remains in force until varied or rescinded, the
period for which it was made already having expired".
3. Delete
Schedule 1 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

2024 and the increase of 3.5% applied to the adjusted rate of pay.
