EA25/02 - Cessnock City Council Enterprise Agreement 2025

Made Between: Cessnock City Council -&- New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union; The Local Government Engineers' Association of New South Wales; The Development and Environmental Professionals' Association.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA22/01

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 19 March 2025 and will commence 1 March 2025.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees of the Cessnock City Council except for the General Manager and other Senior Staff, located at 62-78 Vincent Street, Cessnock NSW 2325, who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2023.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.
