EA23/01 - Natural Resources Commission (Staff Agency) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2024

Made Between: Natural Resources Commission -&- employees.

New/Variation: Replaces EA18/08

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved 31 January 2023 and commenced 1 July 2022.

Description of Employees: The agreement applies to all non-executive employees of Natural Resources Commission located at Level 6, 52 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, as defined in clause 2, Definitions and whose names are listed in clause 3 of the agreement, and to all defined staff who are employed subsequent to the commencement date of this agreement.

Nominal Term: 24 Months.

EA23/02 - NSW Institute of Sport Enterprise Agreement 2023-2024

Made Between: NSW Institute of Sport -&- New South Wales Institute of Sport Consultative Committee representing the employees.

New/Variation: Replaces EA19/10

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved 14 April 2023 and commenced 1 January 2023.

Description of Employees: The agreement applies to all staff except for Public Sector Senior Executives, as defined by the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, employed by the New South Wales Institute of Sport located at Level 1, 6B Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

Nominal Term: 24 Months.
