Application by The Federated Brick, Tile and Pottery Industrial Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch, industrial organisation of employees.

VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause 5.3.2 of clause 5.3, Wages, of Part 5, Wages and Related Matters, of the award published 1 June 2001 (325 I.G. 87) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

5.3.2     State Wage Case Adjustments

 

The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment payable under the State Wage Case of June 2004.  These increases may be offset against:

 

(a)        any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(b)       award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments.
