VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (b) of clause 76 - Sick Leave - Requirements for Evidence of Illness
of the award published 31 July 2009 (368 I.G. 793), and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
(b) In addition to
the requirements under subclause 75(a), a staff member may absent themselves
for a total of 5 working days per calendar year due to illness without the
provision of evidence of illness to the Managing Director. Staff members who absent themselves in
excess of 5 working days in a calendar year may be required to furnish evidence
of illness to the Managing Director for each occasion absent for the balance of
the calendar year.
2. This variation
shall take effect on and from the first pay period of 12 May 2011.
