VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (i), of clause 5, Wages, of Part I Funeral Directors of the award
published 22 July 2005 (352 1.G. 657), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(i) The rates of
pay shall be the minimum to be paid to weekly employees in the classifications
as set out in Table 1 of Part B of this award:
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2005.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
subclause (vi), of clause 10, Wages, of Part II Casket and/or Manufacturing,
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(vi) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2005. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
