VARIATION
1. Delete Table 1
of Part B Monetary Rates, of the award
published 16 November 2012 (375 I.G. 56) and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

2. Delete
subclause 10.11 of clause 10, Rates of Pay and Employee Related Cost Savings,
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
10.11 A Security Officer
required to work a shift in excess of twelve hours will be provided with a meal
voucher redeemable at the place of employment or where this is not practical be
paid a meal allowance of $15.73.
3. Delete
paragraph 18.3.1 of subclause 18.3 of clause 18, Army Reserve Leave and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
18.3.1 $1393.00
per week (or such other amount as is provided to the employer under the ESP
Scheme); or
4. This variation
shall take effect from the beginning of the first full pay period to commence
on or after 20 June 2013.
