VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 3.6 of clause 3, Wages of the award published 17 March 2006 (358 I.G.
1) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
3.6 The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2007. These Adjustments may offset against:
(a) Any equivalent
over-award payments, and/or
(b) Award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments
2. Delete Table
2 - Additional Margins, and Table 3 - Additional Allowances, of Part B,
Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
