VARIATION
1. Insert after
subclause 3.2, of clause 3, Aggregate Rates of Pay, of the award published 5 October
2001 (328 I.G. 406), the following new subclause:
3.3 The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases
2005 and 2006. These adjustments may be
offset against:
3.3.1 any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
3.3.2 Award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part B
Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
