VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 17.3 of clause 17, Classifications and Wage Rates, of the award
published 26 December 2008 and award reprinted and published 27 January 2012
(372 I.G. 315) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
17.3 The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of
2019. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any equivalent over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net,
State Wage Case, and Minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part 9
- Monetary Rates to incorporate the State Wage Case decision 2019, and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
