Workers' Kindergarten and Child Care Centres (State) Training Wage Award

STATE WAGE CASE
2010
(No. IRC 471 of 2010)
PURSUANT to the orders of the Industrial Relations
Commission of New South Wales made 16 December 2010, and pursuant to section 52
of the Industrial Relations Act, 1996 and consistent with Principle 8 of
the Commission's Wage Fixing Principles the following variation is made.

VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 8, Wages, of the award published 8 February 2002 (331
I.G. 86) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(d) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2010. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) Any equivalent
over-award payments, and/or
(ii) Award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part B
Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

MONETARY RATES
Table 1 - Weekly Wage Rates - Industry/Skill Level B
Where the accredited training course and work performed
is for the purpose of generating skills which have been defined for work at
Skill Level B.
Effective from the beginning of the first full pay
period on or after 16 December 2010.

3. This variation
shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or after 16
December 2010.
