INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES
STATE WAGE CASE
2010
(No. IRC 471 of 2010)
PURSUANT to the orders of the Industrial Relations Commission
of New South Wales made 16 December 2010, and pursuant to section 52 of the Industrial
Relations Act, 1996 and consistent with Principle 8 of the Commission's
Wage Fixing Principles the following variation is made.

VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph 7.1.2 of subclause 7.1 of clause 7, Wages, of the award published 17
March 2000 (314 I.G. 155), and insert in lieu the following:
7.1.2 The rates of pay in
this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2010. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
