VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 13.6, of clause 13, Wages Per Week of 38 Hours, of the award
published 21 December 2001 (330 I.G. 597), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
13.6 State Wage Case
2004
The rates of pay in this Award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case May 2004.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments;
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Wages of Part B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
