EA12/12 - Natural Resources Commission (Division of Government Service of NSW) Enterprise Agreement 2012

Made Between:  Natural Resources Commission of New South Wales -&- Karen Acason, Jeff Bell, Emma Benn, Di Bentley, Carla Bissett, Emma Collins, Nirvana Corleone, Andrea Ehlers, Maree Leonard, Marie Lodge, Todd Maher, Alistair Phillips, Ria Pryce, Avtar Singh, Lauren Tapp, Pia Zadnik.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA08/27.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 13 September 2012 and commenced 1 July 2012.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees (excluding Senior Executive and Commissioners) employed by Natural Resources Commission (Division of Government Services who fall within the coverage of the Crown Employees (Public Sector Salaries - 2008) Award, and the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment - 2009) Award located at Level 10, 15 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, 2000.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.
