REVIEWED AWARD
1. Rename in
clause 1, Arrangement of the award published 24 November 2000 (320 I.G. 563)
clause 19, Smoko to read as clause 19, Rest Breaks.

Breaks
2. Delete
subclause (b) of clause 8, Undertakings, and renumber existing subclause (c) to
reads as subclause (b).
3. Delete the
words "Eight Hour Day" in subclause (i) of clause 11, Sundays and
Holidays, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
Labour Day
4. Delete the
words "fill-time" in subparagraph (b) of paragraph (i) of subclause
(a) of clause 16, Conditions of Employment, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
full-time
5. Delete clause
19, Smoko, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
19. Rest Breaks
Employees shall be entitled to one paid ten minute rest
break per day or shift.
6. Delete
subclause (ii) of clause 20, Carrying, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(ii) See the Occupational
Health and Safety Act 2000 and the Occupational Health and Safety
Regulations 2001 as amended or replaced from time to time.
7. Delete the
words "(see section 60 of the Factories, Shops and Industries Act
1962, and Regulations thereunder)." in clause 21, First-aid, and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
Refer to the Occupational, Health and Safety Act 2000
and the Occupational, Health and Safety Regulations 2001, as amended from time
to time.
8. Delete clause
26, Enterprise Arrangements, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

9. The changes
made to the award pursuant to the Award Review pursuant to section 19(6) of the
Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the Principles for
Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW on 28 April
1999 (310 I.G. 359) and take effect on 5 March 2003.
This award remains in force until varied or rescinded,
the period for which it was made already having expired.
