VARIATION
1. Insert after
"New South Wales Branch" in subclause (k) of clause 3, Definitions of
the award published 15 February 2008 (364 I.G. 1327), the following words:
The Australian Institute of Marine and Power Engineers,
NSW District.
2. Insert in
clause 4, Application the following new paragraph:
The Australian Institute of Marine and Power Engineers,
NSW District.
3. Insert after
the letters and numbers "MUA (02) 9264 5024" in subclause 14.9 of
clause 14, Grievance Handling and Dispute Resolution, the following:
AIMPE: (02) 9698 3999
4. This variation
shall take effect on and from 1 October 2010.
