VARIATION

 

1.          Delete the third paragraph of subclause (i) of clause 8, Wage Rates, of the award published 5 September 2003 (341 I.G. 275) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

The rates of pay in this award include all arbitrated safety net adjustments and the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases of August 1997, June 1998, June 1999, May 2000, May 2001, May 2002, May 2003 and June 2004.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

(a)        any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(b)       award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
