VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 7, Wages, of the award published 9 February 2001 (322
I.G. 6) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(d) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2001. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part
B Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Where the accredited training course and work performed are
for the purpose of generating skills which have been defined for work at Skill
