BOOTMAKERS AND HEEL BAR OPERATIVES, &c. (STATE) AWARD

 

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES

 

Applications by Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association, New South Wales, industrial organisation of employees and another.

 

(Nos. IRC 3524 and 3525 of 2002)

 

 

VARIATION

 

1.          Delete paragraph (a) of clause 5, State Wage Case Adjustments, of the award published 31 August 2001 (327 I.G. 428) as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

(a)        The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2002.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

(i)         any equivalent overaward payments, and/or

 

(ii)        award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Table 1 - Wage Rates, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
