VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 5.5 of clause 5, Rates of Pay of the award published 21 May 2004 (344
I.G.562) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
5.5 Salary
Packaging Arrangements, including Salary Sacrifice to Superannuation
An employee may elect, subject to the agreement of the
Department to enter into a Salary Packaging Arrangement in accordance with the
provisions of Clause 5 of the Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries 2007)
Award or any variation or replacement Award.
2. This
variation shall operate on and from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 29 January 2007.
