Application by New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union, Industrial Organisation of Employees.

VARIATION

 

1.        Delete subclause (i) of clause 40, Leave Reserved of the award published 31 December 2010 (370 I.G. 648) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

(i)       Leave is reserved for the parties to the Award to apply to vary tool allowances as set out in Clause 14(v)(a) and compensation of tools as set out in clause 14(v)(d) of this Award in line with the Crown Employees (Skilled Trades) Award.

 

2.        Insert after subclause (xix) of clause 41, Area Incidence and Duration the following new subclauses.

 

(xx)     The increase to clause 14(ix)(a)(i), clause 14(ix)(c) - Minimum Quarterly Payment, and clause 14(x)(h) (under 2.5 litres) Vehicle Allowances shall take effect from the first full pay period commencing on or after 3 September 2012.

 

(xxi)    The increase to clause 14(v)(a) Tool Allowances, and clause 14(v)(d) Compensation of Tools take effect from the first full pay period commencing on or after 3 September 2012.

 

3.        Delete in Table 2 - Allowances of Part B - Monetary Rates, items "clause 14(v)(a)" "clause 14(v)(d) Tool Allowance" "clause 14 (ix)(a), clause 14 (ix) (c), and "clause 14(x)(h) Vehicle Allowance (under 2.5 litres)" and insert in lieu thereof the following:
