VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (ii) of Clause 3, Salary, of the award published 16 June 2000 (316 I.G.
552),and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(ii) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2009. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(a) Any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
(b) Award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table 1
- Wages, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
Table 1 - Wages
The following minimum rates of wages shall take effect from
the first full pay period to commence on or after 14 August 2009.
