VARIATION
1. Delete clause
5 Wage Sacrifice for Superannuation and Wage/Salary Packaging Arrangements of
the award published 17 November 2006 (361 I.G. 811) and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
5. Salary Packaging
Arrangements, Including Salary Sacrifice to Superannuation
An employee may elect, subject to the agreement of the
Department to enter into a Salary Packaging Arrangement in accordance with the
provisions of Clause 7 - Salary Packaging Arrangements, Including Salary
Sacrifice to Superannuation of the Crown Employees Wages Staff (Rates of Pay)
Award 2005 or any variation to or successor instruments to the said award shall
apply.
2. This
variation shall operate on and from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 29 January 2007.
