VARIATION
1. Delete
clause 3.8, Safety Net Adjustments, of the said award published 30 June 2000
(316 I.G. 961), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
3.8. Safety
Net Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2000.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage increases since 29 May 1991
other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete
Tables 1A — Wages, 1B — Lime Making Wages and 2
— Other Rates and Allowances, of Part 7, Monetary Rates, and insert in
lieu thereof the following:

after 8 August 2000.
