VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 15.1 of clause 15, Classifications and Rates of Pay, of the award
published 6 October 2000 (319 I.G. 20), and insert in lieu thereof the
following.
15.1 Wage Rates -
the following will be the minimum weekly rates of pay to operate on and from 27
October 2000.

2. Delete
paragraph 15.5.1, of subclause 15.5 of the said clause 15 and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
15.5.1 The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wages Case
2000. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
(b) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and
Minimum rates adjustments.
3. This
variation shall take effect on and from 27 October 2000.
