VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause 5.2.1, Safety Net Adjustments, of clause 5.2, Wages of the award published 1 September 2000 (318 I.G. 236) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

5.2.1     State Wage Case Adjustments

 

The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment payable under the State Wage Case of May 2000.  This adjustment may be offset aganist.

 

(a)        any equivalent over-award payments and/or

 

(b)        award wage increases since 29 May 1991 othen than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Part B, Monetary Payments, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
