VARIATION
1. Delete clause
1, Basic Wage, appearing in the Arrangement of the award published 4 September
1998 (306 I.G. 369) as varied, and renumber all existing clauses accordingly.
2. Delete
clause 1, Basic Wage and renumber all remaining clauses accordingly.
3. Delete the
last sentence of subclause (2) of clause 7, Casual and Part-time Employees,
which reads as follows:
" The provisions of this clause do not apply to
employees presently employed as at 24 April 1990, unless the said employees
agree to work on a part-time or casual basis.".
4. This
variation shall take effect on and from 17 July 2000.
