19. STATE WAGE CASE ADJUSTMENTS
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2001.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May, 1991 other than Safety Net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
8. Delete the
amount of "$18.50" appearing in subclause 24.1, Industry Allowance,
of clause 24, Allowances, and insert in lieu thereof the amount of
"$19.10".
9. Delete the
amount of "$9.06" appearing in subclause 24.2, Underground Allowance,
of the said clause 24, and insert in lieu thereof the amount of
"$9.33".
10. Delete the
