VARIATION
1. Delete
clause 10, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment, of the award published 10 November
2000 (320 I.G. 56) as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
10. Arbitrated Safety Net
Adjustment
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2001.
Those adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any
equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete the
rate of $633.00 appearing in subclause (i) of clause 25, Exemptions, and insert
in lieu thereof $650.00.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
