AWARD
1. Delete subclause (ii) of clause 4,
Wage Rates, of the award published 7
February 1997 (296 I.G. 281), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(ii) The rates of pay in this award include
adjustments payable under the State Wage 2001.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent overaward payment; and/or
(b) award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other
than Safety Net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table 1 — Rates of Pay, of Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
