VARIATION
1. Delete subclause (v) of clause 13,
Wages and Classification Structure, of the award published 4 May 2001 (324 I.G.
579), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(v) The rates of pay in this award include
the arbitrates safety net adjustments and the adjustments payable under the
State Wage Case of May 2001. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) Any equivalent
over award payments.
(b) Award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rate adjustments.
2. Delete Table 1 - Wage Rates, and Table
2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
