VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (v) of clause 2, Rates of Pay, of the award published 8 June 2001
(325 I.G. 370), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(v) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2001. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(a) any equivalent
over award payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table (a),
Adults, of Division I - Wheaten Starch, and Division II - Starch (Other than
Wheaten Starch) of Appendix 1 - Wage Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(a) ADULTS: The
following weekly wage shall be paid:
