VARIATION

 

1.         Delete subclause 13.3 of clause 13, Area, Incidence and Duration, of the award published 16 December 2022 (393 I.G. 657) and reprinted 8 December 2023 (395 I.G. 1518), and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

13.3    This award has a nominal term of 12 months from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023, and remains in force until varied or rescinded, the period for which it was made having already expired.

 

2.         Delete Part B, Rates and Allowances, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
