VARIATION
1. Delete the
words “Department of Planning and Environment (DPE)” wherever it appears in the
award published 20 January 2023 (393 I.G. 1087) and reprinted 20 October 2023
(395 I.G. 556) and insert in lieu thereof “Department of Climate Change,
Energy, the Environment and Water”.
2. In clause 2.1
delete the words "Department of Planning and Environment" and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure
3. Delete subclause
35.5 of clause 35, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
35.5 The award will operate
from 1 July 2022 and remain in force until 30 June 2024.
4. Delete Part B
of the Award published 22 September 2023 (395 I.G. 346) and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
