VARIATION
1. Delete paragraph
3(iv)(d) of subclause 3, Salaries, of the award published 6 December 2024 (397
I.G. 163) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(d) Crown
Employees (Psychologists) Award – an interim increase of 3% to be applied from
the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 July 2024 and an additional
interim increase of 4% to be applied from the first full pay period to commence
on or after 1 July 2025 with increases effective from the first full pay period
to commence on or after 1 July 2026 to be determined following resolution of
negotiations between the parties for a new award. Nothing in this award is
intended to limit the ability of either party from filing an award application
to give effect to a further increase to salaries, salary-related allowances and
conditions which would take effect before 1 July 2026, either by consent or in
accordance with clause 8(i).
2. Delete table titled
“Crown Employees (Psychologists) Award” of Part B, Monetary Rates and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
