VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph 3(iv)(e) of clause 3, Salaries of the award published 6 December 2024
(397 I.G. 163) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(e) Crown Employees
(Department of Regional NSW) Fisheries Employees Award- an interim increase of
3% to be applied from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 July
2024 and an additional interim increase of 4% to be applied from the first full
pay period to commence on or after 1 July 2025 for the classifications of
Fisheries Officer and Fisheries Technician with increases effective from 1 July
2026 to be determined following resolution of negotiations between the parties
for a new award.
2. Delete the Table
titled “Crown Employees (Department of Industry, Skills, and Regional
Development) Fisheries Employees Award” and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
