VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (b)(i) of clause 6, Penalty Payments for
Shift Work and Weekend Work, of the award published 22 September 2023 (395 I.G.
227) and reprinted 9 May 2025 (397 I.G. 1392), and insert in lieu the
following:
(i)
(1) On
afternoon shift, commencing at or after 10.00 a.m. and before 1.00 p.m. at the
rate of ten per cent extra.
(2) On afternoon
shift, commencing at or after 1.00 p.m. and before 4.00 p.m. at the rate of 12½
per cent extra.
(3) On
night shift, commencing at or after 4.00 p.m. and before 4.00 a.m. at the rate
of 15 per cent extra.
(4) Effective
from the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2025: On night
shift, commencing at or after 4.00 p.m. and before 4.00 a.m. at the rate of 20
per cent extra.
(5) On
night shift, commencing at or after 4.00 a.m. and before 6.00 a.m. at the rate
of ten per cent extra.
2. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 13, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(d) The
increases shown in Part B commence from the first full pay period commencing on
or after ('FFPPCOOA') 1 July 2023, 1 July 2024, or 1 July 2025 as stated in
each table.
3. Delete
Part B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu the following:
