VARIATION

 

1.        Delete subclause 6.2 and 6.3 of clause 6, Relationship with Other Awards, of the award published 1 October 2025 (398 I.G. 292) and insert in lieu thereof:

 

6.2      This award is made following a variation on adoption of National Decisions under section 52 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 as part of the State Wage Case 2025, and rescinds and replaces the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry – Live Theatre and Concert (State) Award, published 26 June 2025, (397 I.G. 3023), as varied on 4 August 2025 (see State Wage Case 2024 – Review of Minimum Rates Awards (No 2) [2025] NSWIRComm 1059).

 

6.3      This award remains in force until varied or rescinded.

 

2.        Delete the year "2024" and insert in lieu thereof "2025".

 

3.        Delete the word "Queen’s" in paragraph 31.1.1 of clause 31, Public Holidays and insert in lieu thereof the word "King’s".

 

4.        Delete Part 9 - Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
