RETAIL INDUSTRY (STATE) TRAINING WAGE AWARD

 

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES

 

Application by the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association, New South Wales, industrial organisation of employees.

Before Commissioner Murphy

18 July 2001 and 18 February 2002

 

VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause (d) of clause 7, Wages, of the award published 4 May 2001 (324 I.G. 529) as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

(d)        The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of May 2001.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

             (i)         any equivalent overaward payments; and/or

 

             (ii)        award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Part B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
