POULTRY INDUSTRY PREPARATION (STATE) AWARD

 

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES

 

Applications by The Australasian Meat Industry Employees' Union, Newcastle and Northern Branch, industrial organisation of employees.

VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause 13.2 of clause 13, Wages of the award made 5 July 2001, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

13.2      The rates of pay in this award, include the arbitrated safety net adjustment payable under the State Wage Case 2001.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

any equivalent overaward payments and/or

 

award increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
