1. Insert in
numerical order in clause 1, Arrangement, of the award published 14 April 2000
(314 I.G.1055) the following new clause number and subject matter:
7A. State Wage Case Adjustments
2. Insert after
clause 7, Payment and Particulars of Salary, the following new clause 7A:
7A. State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2001. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
