VARIATION
1. Delete the Award title "Clerical
and Administrative Employees (Broken Hill Proprietary Company Ltd) Award" of
the award published 4 September 1998 (306 I.G. 369), as varied, and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
Clerical and Administrative Employees (OneSteel
Manufacturing Pty Ltd) Award
2. Delete
subclause (2) of clause 34, Area, Incidence and Duration, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(2) This award
shall apply to all clerks (including telephonists and clerical machinists) not
elsewhere exempted in this award, of the grades and classes herein mentioned,
employed by the OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd at the Newcastle Rod and Bar
Mills.
3. This
variation shall take effect on and from 26 July 2001.
